I started a new Xmas project.  Actually, I started a couple years ago only to keep it a small project but I started to feel the excitement.  These lights are smart; they are independently programmable.  In November I decided I need something bigger and more impressive so I took on the challenge to set up additionally a new server that will drive a few controllers that would then finally drive the lights.  It’s a pretty big project but I figure I have all year 2023 to get it done.  The lights you see on my house are a very small in scale of what I want to accomplish.
