00 Teachings of God

God taught us freedom

He taught us knowledge, first and foremost, so we can hold onto relationships, in a very positive and near-perfect manner.  Jesus encourages relationships on multiple levels.  This is important because it promotes teamwork and encourages camaraderie as Jesus did when he picked and formed his disciples.  Jesus knew that Knowledge, through love, is powerful and he wants everyone to experience it…  So Jesus did not stop with his initial disciples, he instructed his disciples to continue building by teaching and sharing with others the power of knowledge who eventually would become disciples,… Today, Jesus and his acts and his teachings live in the hearts of many — world-wide.

He taught us behavior so as to free ourselves from evil ways.  A couple of examples that come to mind are, Moses, who lead the Jews out of slavery from Egypt.  Then humans did it again and the Civil War happened, then Martin Luther King, Jr., who was determined civil rights equality for African Americans in the United States….  Presently, there are many Godly people who are working hard to end human trafficking – a type of slavery, humans doing it in secret,…    As you may know, Godly-works, always trickles world-wide.  Behavior because godly-behavior encourages godly-works.

He taught belief so that we can believe in ourselves and to toughen our belief through God because all the nay-sayers only believe in themselves and potentially mock us for who we are.  Mockery is a form of supporting the acts of slavery and all its evilness.  By strengthening our belief through God, we build our house on a rock(remember the verse?)… Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated at 39, Moses died at 120 yo, and Jesus was crucified between 30 and 33 — These men devoted their life to all God’s values — I don’t know for fact but it seems that if we are destined for something great to happen to either one of us and within our lifetime, it would be in current or near-future years now that we are of age and experienced in life.  God has a plan and he chooses people to carry out his plan…  One of us could be that person, or all of us…  We will be faced with many trials throughout our journey in our lives; when we come face-to-face with each trial, we are challenged to choose.. how will we choose…  Or, who will we choose… Remember Peter denied Christ 3 times…  We have to ask ourselves, will we deny Christ — if we are witnesses of evil-doing, and slavery, and trafficking, and so on… will we choose only to save ourselves.  Peter thought he was saving himself…

He taught us history so as to learn from our mistakes and to know the consequences should we resist learning from it.  How empires have risen and how they’ve fallen.  How kings have risen and how they have fallen.

He taught us spirit and how to manifest it, and how to keep it holy, in part, by praying, and more…

He taught us social and personable mannerism.  This is important because he taught us how to live; not just survive.  Even to live within those who live daily in the acts of evil and wrong-doing.

He taught us fear and how beautiful a person we can potentially become – When we fear God as it promotes courage by way to stand strong for the Values that God taught us.

He taught us sacrifice and how great it can be when you do it in the name of God.  Jesus is primarily the greatest example; followed by all the men and women who sacrificed, before him and after him, in the name of God.  Some people, for example, Jesus, Martin, Moses, and so forth…

He taught us reality – extremely important  – keep it real by learning and knowing our human nature – who we truly are as humans or who we can potentially become if God is not our chosen compass —  So we can keep God’s truth and humility in perspective at all times.  God’s wisdom becomes yours for teaching and for inspiring others…  Always having godly interests before our own.

Human Nature – There are scientists who work with ethical practice and are mindful of the well-being of humans.  Then there are scientists who are in it for the money.  This is the nature, in a nutshell, of humanity.

And the list goes on and on…  But these are just a few thoughts that come to mind…
